DPA 60 UL, an energy-efficient modular UPS (uninterruptible power supplies), uses 20 kW power module for power ratings from 20 to 60 kW at 208V with internal batteries. The Decentralized Parallel Architecture (DPA tm) is modular and expandable, online swappable, true online double conversion UPS.
The DPA 60 UL module has two energy-efficient operating modes:
– Double conversion efficiency up to 94%
– Eco mode efficiency up to 99%
The DPA™ platform is designed so both operating modes provide high reliability with no single points of failure. The DPA eco mode operation provides up to 80% reduction in energy losses and provides significant energy savings including less cooling
The DPA 60 UL modular UPS uses the proven Decentralized Parallel Architecture (DPA™) to provide high reliability with N+1 redundancy and no single points of failure. In the event of a power module failure, the DPA system can automatically remove failed power module from system and seamlessly transfer critical loads to the remaining power modules without power interruption.
The DPA™ platform uses online swappable power modules that ensures continuous operation during both planned and unplanned maintenance. The online replacement of a power module can be performed with critical load on the other power modules and only takes 10 minutes. The procedure is proven to be safe and reliable avoiding human errors.
